BALAAM'S ASS (Donkey)

Balaam, the Ass

A MYSTICAL journey into the mind.

It is NOT literal!
Donkeys cannnot talk, at least when you're sober they can't, but IN MYTHOLOGY they do talk.

Sorry to inform the Bible Literalists, but donkeys do not talk Literally, but they do talk mystically, or inside of us all.

Remember the Bible says "Don't be a minister if the Letter" (literal), for the letter (literal) killeth (the meaning),in other words don't read it literally, but mystically.

Donkeys throughout Various world mythologies are always describing mans/woman's lower animal nature or egoic mind at the first three chakras of consciousness.

The story of Balaam is one of the classics of infamy. Balaam, who was a worldly celebrity before his dealings with Israel during the Exodus wanderings, received over three chapters in the book of Numbers in the Torah.

Balaam was a famous diviner from the region of Babylon. Remember Babylon and Egypt are symbols of the lower egoic mind.

After Balaam's betrayal of Israel, his treachery was recorded from the beginning of scripture (Numbers and Deuteronomy) to the end (Revelation). It could be said that Balaam was a monumental jackass, who also happen to ride one.

This is the Old Testament equivalent of the conversion on the Road to Damascus.

It is the confrontation with the childself-eating Minotaur in the mental construct sequence in the peak of the mystic experience.

A person's enter worldline of mental constructs is frozen in spacetime like a thread in a marble slab or like a snake frozen in ice understanding this vividly amounts to the experience of control-death or cyberdeath. That's the thought that kills the childself.

A real master-theme in myth is one creature over another that's the higher over lower self. When you use a "rebirth" metaphor, all sorts of parent/child relations are shown such as mother holding child. Watts talks about riding an ox in search of the ox.

In Numbers 22 in the Old Testament, the donkey is the egoic control system that a person's mind and consciousness rides.

Notice especially how the walls relentlessly close in until there is no mental steering freedom; when one has no choice but to receive whatever mental construct has been placed next in your path, the donkey short-circuits and dies, giving up the demon.

This "labyrinthine trap of ego-death" passage from Numbers is likely taken from ancient religious lore and adapted into its OT scriptural context.

The walls are frozen time, the timeless fixity of one's mental construct sequence. Compare Osbourne: "We're going off the rails on a crazy train."

Notice the vineyard theme in the second step of one's fearing and turning away from the holy thought that kills (and fulfills) wine = psychoactive mixture.

In the third step of the spacetime walls closing in on the egoic control system, all backdrop fades away and the demon comes face to face with its fatal impotence.

One's egoic mind finds itself abandoned in this totally abstract mental arena: the angel of the Lord stood in "a narrow place where there was no room to turn, either to the right or to the left".

The ego traps your mental faculties, and the foot, or symbol of the lower ego gets crushed. Notice it is a Narrow place, representing the stubborn narrow minded personality, and the narrow space between the two hemispheres of the brain, that must reunite into one.

Then the angel of the Lord stood in a narrow path between two vineyards, (the 2 vineyards are left and right hemispheres of your brain), with walls on both sides. When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord , she pressed close to the wall, crushing Balaam's foot against it. So he beat her again.

Balaam said to the angel of the Lord, "I have sinned [have been a stupid ass]. I did not realize you were standing in the road to oppose me [egoic control].

Now if you are displeased, I will go back."

[I plead you to not kill my self-controller self. I will avoid knowing the awesome, astonishing Truth about my (ego center) self-control and contacting my higher consciousness]

The angels are always god's messengers which are angles of light.

Balaam's foot is crushed, the foot is a symbol of the lower mind.

The angel of the Lord said to Balaam, "Go with the men, but [now you know the Truth, that inherently, you can] speak only what I tell you." So Balaam went with the princes of Balak.

So Balaam arose in the morning, and saddled his donkey (his ego), and went with the princes of Moab. (Numbers 22:21) Moab, is also a symbol of the lower nature.

Numbers 22:22-23 22 But God was angry because he was going, and the angel of the Lord took his stand in the way as an adversary against him. Now he was riding on his donkey and his two servants were with him.

When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord standing in the way with his drawn sword in his hand, the donkey turned off from the way and went into the field; but Balaam struck the donkey to turn her back into the way.

Numbers 22:24-25 24 Then the angel of the Lord stood in a narrow path of the vineyards, with a wall on this side and a wall on that side. 25 When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord, she pressed herself to the wall and pressed Balaam’s foot against the wall, so he struck her again.

Numbers 22:26-27 26 And the angel of the Lord went further, and stood in a narrow place where there was no way to turn to the right hand or the left. 27 When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord, she lay down under Balaam; so Balaam was angry and struck the donkey with his stick.

Numbers 22:28-30 28 And the Lord opened the mouth of the donkey, and she said to Balaam, “What have I done to you, that you have struck me these three times?” 29 Then Balaam said to the donkey, “Because you have made a mockery of me!

If there had been a sword in my hand, I would have killed you by now.” 30 And the donkey said to Balaam, “Am I not your donkey on which you have ridden all your life to this day? Have I ever been accustomed to do so to you?” And he said, “No.”

"she" is the mind, carrying the lower ego control center, of course the donkey is the brutish stubborn nature, that many of us portray at one time or another.

We don't realize how stupid and ignorant we seem to others, until we get our foot (lower ego) center, trapped within the confines of our own narrow mindedness.

“Am I not your donkey on which you have ridden all your life to this day? Have I ever been accustomed to do so to you?” And he said, “No.”

Do you see the Lower Ego asking balaam, Am I not your donkey, which you have ridden all your life? All your life, yes, because we are born with an animal nature. The bible says "God gave man the mind of an animal, until seven times passes by for him"

NUM 23:1 And Balaam said unto Balak, Build me here seven altars, and prepare me here seven oxen and seven rams,Balak did as Balaam said, and the two of them offered a bull.

The above verse, shows the bringing of your animal nature to god, to be burned at the alter (the furnace, or fornix of the brain) as a sacrifice unto the lord.

We will ride our donkeys (controlled by the lower mind or ego) all our lives, and through out our lives, it will cause us embarrassment and shame. Do you see? Balaam said you made a mockery of me!

The ego does this, when you allow it to carry your thoughts, when you are all saddled up on that donkey, he will make a mockery and fool out of the one who rides him.

Jesus riding his Donkey (ass) and others riding donkeys and asses in the bible, are talking about having control over the animal nature, striking the donkey three times is just a symbol of Jesus raising his church up in three days, the three days in the tomb (body), Jonah in the belly of the fish for three days etc. It is the control over the intellectual, the physical and the emotional.

The angel standing in the road to oppose you, is always the higher consciousness, it is from god, hence it is an angel. This represents, when you have brought your animal nature to the alter, through the seven seals ( a sacrifice of seven animals before the lord) Then the angel will appear to oppose your donkey,(your animal mind).

Has your Donkey spoken to you lately, if not, strike her three times, and she will start talking.

FROM THE DICTIONARY

THE REAL MEANING BEHIND THE PINATA

pi·ña·ta

A decorated container filled with candy and toys suspended from a height, intended to be broken by blindfolded children with sticks, and used as part of Christmas and birthday celebrations in certain Latin-American countries or at children's parties.

Etymology

Spanish, from Italian pinata, a kind of pot, probably from dialectal pigna, pine cone (from its shape), from Latin pnea. See pineal.

The dictionary says: SEE PINEAL, what more do you want?

Again " So Jacob called the place Peniel, saying, “It is because I saw God face to face, and yet my life was preserved.” Do you see now?

Pinata and the Sala Ceremony

Most of us associate the pinata with Mexican fiestas and fun. Children try to break the bright treat-filled container with a stick, hoping to puncture it so they can rush to gather treats. But what is the history behind the pinata?

What does it symbolize? Where did it come from? Although the pinata is largely associated with Mexican/Latin American culture, this practice does not originate in Latin America, but in Africa!

The pinata today is practiced as a Christian celebration in Latino cultures. It symbolizes the struggle of man and his faith. The traditional Mexican pinata looks like a sputnik with seven points that symbolize the seven deadly sins: greed, gluttony, sloth, pride, envy, wrath and lust. The person attempting to break the pinata represents the good overcoming the evil.

It was the Spanish conquistadors that were credited for bringing the pinata to Mexico. The Spanish missionaries used the pinata as a tool to help them get the attention of the indigenous people and convert them to Christainity. In Spain, the pinata was brightly colored so that it would grab the attention of a innocent person.

The candies and fruit inside were seen as the temptations of the Devil. The blindfolded person hitting the pinata represented the blind faith, and the stick he/she was using represented "goodness". After the pinata was finally broken, the candies gathered were seen as a just reward. The moral of their ceremony:

all are justified through faith". Originally, the Spanish pinata was a clay container called "la olla" (pot) and was not decorated.

The Spanish pinata came from the pinata of Italy. The pinata, or "fragile pot", was made of clay and filled with trinkets, jewelry, or candies. It is said that it was Marco Polo who first brought the pinata to Italy.

The Italians, in turn, developed the pinata from the Chinese "pinata" of their spring agricultural ceremony. The Chinese designed their containers in the shape of animals (cows, bulls, etc.), and the colors used were representative of the conditions that were going to occur throughout the year.

The pinatas were filled with seeds. The Chinese used sticks of various colors to break the pinata, and after it was broken the decorative paper that covered it was burned. Those present would rush to collect the ashes, as they brought good luck for the entire year.

The Aztecs had an important spiritual ritual that included a pinata. To celebrate the God of War, Huitzilopochtli, priests put a clay pot on a pole inside the temple.

The pot was filled with tiny treasures, and the pots were decorated with beautiful feathers. They used a stick or club to break the pot, and the treasures that fell to the feet of the God's image were offerings.

The original ceremony, however, has its origins in Africa. It was originally called the "Sala" or "Sara" ceremony, and is practiced throughout Africa until today. Djefa, or abundance, is a key component in this ceremony.

A large number of people gather while the host carries a large bowl of food over his head, avoiding his guests who try to get the food while he is carrying it.

As the host presents the food, the guests all dig in, chaotically eating from the same bowl. This, of course, creates an energy of disorder and chaos, and the bowl usually ends up falling on the ground. The food spilled on the ground symbolizes the Gods' happiness with the energy created.

People of today enjoy the pinata during many celebrations, such as Christmas and birthday parties. Most schoolchildren have had the experience of creating a pinata, and most adults have attempted to hit one at least once in their lives.

While pinatas of today are considered a fun game in western culture, the spiritual aspect of the traditional ceremony continues to play a role in indigenous societies.

HERE

DO YOU SEE?

The tradition of the pinata has it's origins in Spain, how fitting, as the spanish brought the tradition of the Pineal ceremony to Mexico.

The pineal gland in the brain is suspended above in your brain (forehead area), just like the pinata is suspended above.

The pinata is struck with a stick while blindfolded and when it's struck by the blindfolded person it breaks open and all the goodies come spewing forth.

In you, when you raise the serpentine energy to the brain through your spine (stick) the energy touches the pineal gland, and all the good stuff (enlightenment ensues) The pine cone bursts open and new life springs from seeds, new trees grow.

Notice the pinata is associated with having SEVEN points, and you have SEVEN chakras (nerve centers on the back side of your stick (spine)

The participant is blindfolded, the physical eyes can't see. They have to rely on their perception.

In meditation your physical eyes are closed and you can't see, but you see with the pineal eye. You are blindfolded.

You see it symbolises spiritual struggle, the same thing happens in you, when you are in meditation, you are in a spiritual struggle against your lower physical nature.

Good overcoming evil as the article says. Notice the pinata is brightly colored, as the light you see with the pineal eye will be a bright white light, once the energy touches the pineal.

The article then states a large bowl of food is carried over the head and it creates an energy of disorder and chaos, and the bowl usually ends up falling on the ground.

The food spilled on the ground symbolizes the Gods' happiness with the energy created. The chaos is in you as you struggle with the three parts of your physical nature.

Yes of course the energy of God created in you as your single opened and moved the solar plexus energy through your stick (spine) and touched the pinata (pineal gland) of your brain. The energy has completed it's journey back to the fathers house, your brain.

strike the pinata with your stick and see for yourself.

brought to you by the Spaniards, and they were Catholics.

And you see the pine cone associated with the church above. How did they know?

Oh! and get this: On the first Sunday of Cuaresma (Lent), also called Piñata Sunday, a pot covered with colored paper and filled with candy was broken by parishioners, who were first blindfolded and rotated 33 times in memory of the number of years Christ lived on earth.

Normally a DONKEY is used, because it represents balaams donkey in the bible, the lower stubborn brutish nature (your jackass), the one you have ridden all your life.

Since the ass is the symbol of our animal nature, its use by Mary indicates that through love (Mary) and consideration, assisted by the mind (Joseph), we must so subdue and train the animal nature that it will become a willing and obedient servant to carry us on to the attainment of our highest ideals.

EVERYTHING HAS A WONDERFUL MEANING, COMPLETELY MISSED BY THE(M)ASSES.

Can you strike your (donkey) lower nature, with your stick (spine) and touch the Pinata (Pineal) and get the goodies when they come out?

So when you strike the donkey (your animal nature) with the stick (your spine)your animal nature is broken as the energy passes over the pineal gland, and memory of who you are, where you came from and where your going will be known, and your life will be preserved.

At the moment the energy from the solar plexus rises through the spine and passes over the pineal gland, the entire Bible and every story in it takes place within you.

You become one with the cosmos, you become the Christed one, the Buddha, the Krishna, you will be fully manifesting the electromagnetism (light) from the stars and galaxies. This is the secret hidden wisdom of the Bible, the secret is in the mystical experience, not the LITERAL reading account of some god man, but YOU!

"I have given man the mind of an animal until SEVEN times passes for him" says God in the Bible. It is your SEVEN seals or chakras.

The entire creation story in Genesis, is talking about creating the human mind potential, but first, the seven seals must open. The revelations story is in the BACK of the Bible, and your seven seals or chakras are on your BACKside.

But can we enter into Meditation? and kill out the the three destructive horses within us, so that the fourth spiritual horse can control our minds. The black horse represents the INTELLECTUAL, the pale horse is the PHYSICAL and the red horse is the EMOTIONAL. Meshach, shedrach and abendego.

Meshachtubal in the bible means one who is operating from the lower forces and hard headed as iron, that person has gates of brass and bars of iron in their valleys (minds). And God can't remove them.

Tubal Cain was the SEVENTH generation down from the line of Cain, and he was the first artificer of metal working in the bible MYTH.

He represents the hard headed among us, the traditional person who cannot change his/her mind, an iron headed person, who operates off of the left carnal mind/brain. They have bars of iron, in other words, they are HARD headed.

You know the ones! I bet you know many Tubal Cains in this world. When you couple up Meshach (the Physical) with Tubal Cain (Iron heads) you get a very stubborn natured brutish individual, in the bible one such person is called MeshachTubal, and he always attacks from the west or the north. North is your subconscious mind. South is the spine or the physical nature, West is the intellect or left brain thinking, enlightenment comes from the EAST or right hemisphere of the brain.

The East overcomes, the physical, the intellectual and the emotional nature, of Balaam's donkey mindset.
