Seven days of creation

The creation account is an allegory; its message is the spiritual truth contained in the allegory. This is a very old position in Christian interpretation, although until the conflict with science developed the account was usually (but not always) thought to be true both literally and allegorically.

As is often the case with allegories, the precise meaning that's supposed to be conveyed varies with the reader. This approach is also consistent with an inerrant Bible, but not with a fundamentalist style of literalism. More recent variations would make the account a metaphorical or a mythic representation of spiritual truths.

Reworked myth. The creation account is a Mesopotamian creation myth that has been carefully reworked to express theological truths (monotheism, supremacy of Israel's God over the forces of nature, etc.). The myth is simply the medium through which these truths are conveyed.

Theology uber alles. The question of the historical truth of the account is of no importance whatsoever. All that matters is the theological truths it contains. A different formulation would be that the Bible should only be expected to be reliable in matters of theological importance; it's not intended to be a science or history textbook, and hence need not be entirely accurate in those areas.

Fallible human product. Like the rest of the Bible, the Genesis account is not God's word, but a record of and reflections on a particular people's encounter with God. There's no reason to expect it not to contain errors, especially in matters that were outside the knowledge of the authors.

Some of the above approaches are inconsistent with each other, and some are not. I see that I've only commented on the validity of the first two, probably because I find them to require strained readings even on their own terms. Obviously, those who hold such beliefs don't agree with me, so don't take my word for it.

Surely the LORD is in this place, and I was not aware of it. He was afraid and said, “How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God; this is the gate of heaven" – (Genesis 29: 16-17)

Genesis: Science and Allegory

Although the Biblical myth of cosmogenesis is still taken seriously by fundamentalists, no scientifically mature person believes it as literal fact.

This literal interpretation of Biblical sayings is contrary to their original poetic inspirational intent. The Gnostic interpretation of the genesis myth is that it is a spiritual allegory rather than a history with a moral, a term Elaine Pagels calls allegorical exegis.

An allegorical interpretation of Genesis is a symbolic, rather than literal, reading of the biblical Book of Genesis. An allegorical interpretation does not necessarily preclude a literal interpretation; interpreters such as Origen of Alexandria Origen

Origen was an Early Christian scholar, theologian, and one of the most distinguished of the early Fathers of the Christian ...
and Augustine of Hippo maintained that the Bible is true on multiple levels at the same time.

who read Genesis literally believe that it teaches the creation of humanity and the universe in general in a timeframe of six successive days of 24 hours duration. Those who favor an allegorical interpretation of the story claim that its intent is to describe humankind's relationship to creation and the creator.

Some Jews and Christians have long considered the creation account of Genesis as an allegory instead of as historical description, indeed much earlier than the development of modern science. Two notable examples are Saint Augustine (4th century) who, on theological grounds, argued that everything in the universe was created by God in the same instant, and not in six days as a plain account of Genesis would require (*) ; and the 1st century1st century

The 1st century was that century which lasted from 1 to 100 according the Gregorian calendar.

Jewish scholar Philo of Alexandria, who wrote that it would be a mistake to think that creation happened in six days or in any determinate amount of time

Contradictions

Contradictions in a text require some interpretation if the text is to be considered internally consistent. If the Genesis texts are taken literally, there are several prima facie examples, including:

Gen 1:25-27 First plants are created, followed by animals, then man and woman. Gen 2:18-22 Adam is created, followed by animals, and then Eve.

Gen 2:17 God says to Adam, "for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die." Gen 5:5 Adam lives several hundreds of years after eating the fruit.

Gen 4:14-16 After killing Abel, Cain is worried that anybody who finds him will kill him, and then leaves to father many children, implying that there were many people to be afraid of, and that there were women to bear his children, and his sons' children.

A literal interpretation would imply that the only humans alive were himself, Adam, and Eve. His next sibling is not born until later in the story (verse 25).

Gen 7:7-10 Noah entered the ark seven days before the flood began.

Gen 7:11-13 Noah entered the ark on the same day that the flood began.

Gen 7:8, 9, 15 Noah brought two of every clean and unclean animal. Gen 7:2 Noah brought seven of every clean animal (or seven pairs, depending on translation).

Gen 8:4 The ark floated for about seven months. Gen 8:5 The ark floated for at least ten months.

Gen 10:5 Before the Tower of Babel, the land was divided according to tongues. Gen 11:1 Before the Tower of Babel, the whole earth was of one language.

Gen 21:31 Beersheba was named by Abraham. Gen 26:33 Beersheba was named by Isaac.

In addition, there are elements of the Genesis story which are in apparent contradiction with other parts of the Bible:

Gen 1:16-19 The stars were created after the earth. Job 38:4-7 The earth was created after the stars.

Gen 5:3-18 Enoch was the sixth generation from Adam. Jude 14 Enoch was the seventh generation from Adam.

Gen 5:24 Enoch did not die, but was taken away by God. John 3:13 "No man hath ascended up to heaven."

Acts 7:2-4, Gen 11:26,32 Abraham was 135 when he left Haran. Gen 12:4 Abraham was 75 when he left Haran

The earliest recorded Christian allegorical interpretation of a passage in Genesis is found in Paul's Paul of Tarsus

Paul of Tarsus, also known as Paul the Apostle or Saint Paul

The Epistle to Galatians is a book of the New Testament.

in the New Testament. Paul writes:

"For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by a slave woman and the other by a free woman. The child of the slave was born according to the flesh; the child of the free woman was born through the promise.

Now this is being allegorized: for these women are two covenants. One, indeed, is from Mount Sinai, bearing children for slavery. This is Hagar, for Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present Jerusalem, for she is a slave with her children. But the other woman corresponds to the Jerusalem above; she is free, and she is our mother." Galatians 4:22-26

The wording of the phrase, "this is being allegorized," indicates that Paul sees the passage as being true both literally and allegorically.

The wording of the phrase, "this is being allegorized," indicates that Paul sees the passage as being true both literally and allegorically.

Other New Testament writers took a similar approach to the Jewish Bible.
The Gospel of MatthewGospel of Matthew

The Gospel of Matthew is one of the four Gospel accounts of the New Testament reinterprets a number of passages. Where the prophet HoseaHosea

See also Hoshea, who has the same name in Biblical Hebrew....has God say of Israel, "Out of Egypt I called my son," (Hosea 11:1), Matthew interprets the phrase as a reference to Jesus. Likewise, Isaiah'sIsaiah

The Epistle to the Hebrews is a very consciously "literary" document in the New Testament saw symbolism in the rituals of ancient Israel, foreshadowing events in the life and death of Jesus.

Later Christians followed their example. Irenaeus of LyonsIrenaeus

Genesis

The mixture of fact and fiction for allegorical purposes is common in scripture. It suggests the same blend in life itself: the dreamlike quality of life on earth mixed with the deep truths of the soul.

An example of this literary device may be seen in the Book of Exodus of the Bible, and the Jewish people’s escape from years of bondage in Egypt. Their escape is not an historical fact.
In Exodus, the details of that escape are elaborated on, and contain allegory.

Exodus describes the Jews, for example, as wandering for forty years in the Sinai desert. Surely they cannot have literally spent forty years in that search. A simple glance at the map of the area shows a desert far too small for such a long trek—unless, indeed, the whole people were under a dense cloud of delusion.

To believe that it took the Jews forty years to cross it demands too great a stretch of the imagination! The time can only have been so stated deliberately in order to suggest a deeper meaning behind the quest for the Promised Land. Wilderness, in spiritual writings, is used allegorically to describe the inner silence, enjoyed in soul-communion.

In that silence, no cultivated flowers of sense-pleasure bloom. The forty-year journey through the Sinai desert describes the long quest required to attain spiritual enlightenment, while living in the physical body.

Human gestation (the physical), takes place in 40 weeks, now you know a secret.

In Exodus, all who had been born in captivity had to die before the new generation could enter the Promised Land. The meaning, here, is that every characteristic that was born in the “captivity” of ego-consciousness needs to be transcended. Only soul-qualities, developed in the expansion of divine communion, are able to enter the Eternal Kingdom.

The Promised Land described in the Bible is union with God: the land of cosmic consciousness, the human brain.

Delusive qualities, born of ego-consciousness, are rooted in the consciousness of separateness from God. The ego is not the true Self. All of us are made in the image of God.

The Bible, in the first chapter of the Gospel of St. John, tells us that we are all the sons of God. If we define ourselves as being different from Him, we must transcend this self-definition before we, as pure souls, can enter into the divine realm.

Such egoic qualities as selfishness, hatred, passion, greed, personal ambition, covetousness, jealousy, and anger are weights that prevent the balloon of awareness from soaring up into the sky of Spirit.

St. John therefore tells us also, “No man hath seen God at any time.” Never, in other words, by human, egoic consciousness can the Divine be perceived. The divine truth is far above human realities. As the Bible states also, “My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.”

The Promised Land is the reward bestowed, eventually, on all who seek God earnestly. Exodus contains an esoteric hint which reinforces this truth. The Promised Land is described as a “land of milk and honey.” The Bible tells us, “And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and I am come down to deliver them and, to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey.”

Indeed, certain aspects of the spiritual path are subtler than ordinary knowledge—that is, than what can be comprehended by anyone who lacks personal experience of inner realities. Those aspects are familiar, however, to yogis and to others who meditate deeply. These truths are hinted at in both the Bible and the Bhagavad Gita.

Let us consider momentarily this specific anecdote in the Bible. In deep ecstasy it so happens that the tongue turns automatically upward toward the brain.

At the tip of the tongue there is a positive magnetism which, when united with its negative complement in the nasal cavity, “short-circuits” (in a manner of speaking) the flow of energy in the body and keeps it in the brain. With this physical union is formed a kind of “nectar,” described by yogis as the inner counterpart of outer sexual union.

The Hindu scriptures describe this nectar as having the taste of a blend of clarified butter, or ghee—milk in its purest form—and honey. The Hindu Vedas named this “nectar,” soma.

An entire scripture was named Soma Veda. This soma nectar is able to sustain the body for long periods of time while the soul remains rapt in ecstasy, known in the yoga teachings as samadhi.

The Promised Land, then, is no mere earthly location. Israel symbolized the soul’s true land: cosmic consciousness. It must be stated here that the Jews were not, as a whole race, the chosen people of God.

For of course there were and always have been good Jews and bad Jews: the same mix that one encounters everywhere on earth of saints and sinners. The Jews in this story symbolize the sincere aspirants in every country and religion who forsake sense-slavery, and commit themselves to realizing the kingdom of God within. As Paramhansa Yogananda often put it, “God chooses those who choose Him.”

The story of Moses and the exodus of the Jews from Egypt contains other mystical symbols as well, yogic in nature since they relate to truths more often considered part of the yoga teachings. Moses, for example, is described as raising the serpent power of Kundalini:

“And the Lord said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole; and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it shall live. And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived.”

Here two kinds of serpent energy are described: the downward moving force, which draws the consciousness toward worldly and sensual indulgence; and the upward flow, which liberates one’s consciousness from delusion.

The “pole” described here is the spine. Many swamis in India carry a danda, which is a staff they use to remind themselves to remain ever centered in the spine. This “pole,” so described in the story of Moses, is made of brass.

The serpent upon it is fiery, suggestive of the inner light which ascends with spiritual wakening. Only when this light, or Kundalini energy, is uplifted can the “poison bite” of delusion be healed.

Thus, Jesus Christ said also, “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the son of man be lifted up.” (John 3:14) Jesus was not speaking of his coming death on the cross. That was an event which no one, as yet, could anticipate.

It had to be a later commentator, therefore, who suggested this meaning. What Jesus was saying, rather, was that human consciousness must be lifted up, even as Moses lifted up his own consciousness in the “wilderness” of inner silence, by raising the power of Kundalini in the spine.

The present author once asked Paramhansa Yogananda whether Moses was a spiritual master. “Yes, certainly,” Yogananda replied in an affirmative tone of voice. “The Bible says he ‘lifted up the serpent [that is, the Kundalini power] in the wilderness.’”

These brief excerpts from the Bible are offered here to prepare the reader, especially if he is Jewish or Christian, for similarly deep teachings in the Bhagavad Gita. Even Hindus, after pondering the universality of those teachings, may find it easier to relate to the deeper aspects of this great Hindu scripture.

So what does that have to do with Genesis?

Because it shows that the nature of the bible is mythology describing something else, the entire strory of genesis and six days of creation and god resting on the seventh, is the story of the kundalini enlightenment process, which is described in detail in the the book of revelations.

In the bible the word "earth" always refers to the human being, as do trees, grass etc....

Lests look at the mythology of the creation story and see.

First

Did you every wonder about all the wild stuff written in the Bible. Talking snake, talking bush, virgin births, walking on water, flying horses etc etc.

There is a very good reason.

THE BIBLE WAS WRITTEN IN ALEXANDRIA EGYPT

Alexandria Egypt was founded by Alexander the Great of Greece. Alexander was inspired to build Alexandria from Homerb s Odyssey. His personal hero was Achilles and his family was said to be descended from Hercules.

Alexander the founder of the city where the Bible was written consulted with the Oracle of Delphi as well as the Oracle of Zeus Ammon.

Alexandria was the center of Zeus worship which explains why the birth of Zeus and the birth of Jesus are identical stories.

THE BIBLE WAS WRITTEN IN THE CITY THAT WAS THE CENTER OF EGYPTIAN AND GREEK MYTHOLOGY ALEXANDRIA EGYPT

Alexandria was the seat of the formation of the important cult of Serapis, an amalgamation of Greek and Egyptian mythology.

Alexandria was the centre for the very first biblical studies ever performed, and the Old Testament was collected into the shape very similar to what it is now.

History tells us that the Bible was written in the mythological center of the world, Alexandria.

That is why our Biblical stories speak of Jesus the Sun God, the light of the world who continued where Zeus left off.

You probably never knew that the Bible was written in Alexandria Egypt the worlds center of Greek and Egyptian Mythology.
But it was, and you know now.

Bible to be interpreted and taught allegorically, not literally

"There always has been and always must be an exoteric doctrine for the masses, and esoteric teaching for those who as Plotinus says 'are fortunately able to perceive it'. But in fact these 'mysteries' cannot be stated in any language but that of allegory and symbolism and in a physical language which can only be symbolical, never literal." (Kingsland, p.26)

"Paul speaks of 'false apostles, deceitful workers, 2 Cor.xi.12) Must we not say, in deed, that all those teachers in the Church who still base their teachings on the literal word of the Scriptures belong to this class, and are simply 'blind leaders of the blind'." (Kingsland, p.84)

"what is known traditionally and historically as 'Christianity' consists of man-made dogmas based on a literal interpretation of those Scriptures, and not on their allegorical, mystical, and gnostic nature." (Kingsland, p.23)

The planets have reciprocating centres along your spine which are known as chakras. We will examine these in more detail later. Hermes taught that what is above is the same as what is below (in our body). God is in us.

Our Father (Light) which art in heaven. (Matt. 6.9) Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? (John 10.34) If he called them gods the scripture cannot be broken. (John 10.35)

So you are gods in amnesia walking around in the flesh, and yet have no idea, that you are such, because religion has convinced you that you are a worthless wretch, a sinner, filthy rags in the sight of god.

BUT! that's not what the Bible says. Go figure!

"you are the light of the world"

THE BIBLE AS SYMBOL

Our first order of business in this quest is to see if we can justify considering the Bible as symbolic rather then literal. We must use the Bible itself.

1.2 Corinthians 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life. So here is the Bible itself telling us not to take it literally.

God hath made us able ministers of the New Testament, not of the letter, but of the spirit; for the letter (literal interpretation) killeth, but the spirit (allegorical or symbolic interpretation) giveth life. (II Cor. 3.6)

Awake thou that sleepest and arise from the dead (the physical plane) and Christ shall give thee light. (Eph.5.14)

WE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT THAT THE BIBLE IS THE LITERAL WORD OF GOD. But it is all mythology, it’s all symbolic, but you have to understand the meaning of the mythology, in order to grasp what the bible is saying.

2. Galatians 4:24 Which things are an allegory: the definition of a myth includes the term allegory. Here again the Bible tells us it is symbolic.

3. Matthew 13:34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them: The Bible is saying that all of Jesus statements were symbolic.

4. Mark 4:11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:

5. Psalm 78:2 I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old: Here the Bible states that GOD speaks in parables . And what are dark sayings of old. Obviously they are symbolic statements.

6. In the Book of Proverbs describes wisdom. It explains how one becomes wise. Proverbs 1:6 To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings. Dark sayings is mythology

9. We should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter." (Romans 7:6)

21. Proverbs 1:6 To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.

22. 1 cor 2:7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

24. Eziekel 3:5 For thou art not sent to a people of a strange speech and of an hard language, but to the house of Israel;

Here God is saying that his word is like milk to you, as a babe must drink milk before it can eat solid food. God is saying his word is for the the one who is ready for meat, in other words, when one is ready for the deeper meaning, this is the meat, for the one full of age (wisdom). Reading Gods word literally is MILK, it is for the unskillful, and they will not understand.

Here the fact that this is all consciousness is made clear. It says to know the mystery of the Kingdom of God. Where is the Kingdom of God ? . (Luke 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.)

The statement concludes by saying that "unto them that are without". Outside of the meditative state. Outside of the inner realm of consciousness where exists the Kingdom of God..

Here we see that God speaks in mysteries, riddles and parables, He puts riddles in peoples mouths, he shuts their eyes and ears, he sends strange and hard speeches, he sends dark sayings, and that is Gods glory that he conceal a thing, he imparts secret wisdom and make you and I search it. His word is as milk to the unskillful, without age (reason).

There's no doubt that the bible is showing you that, you can't read it at face value, you have to look for the deeper meaning, the secret wisdom, the dark sayings, the hidden and so forth.

The problem with Christianity as a whole, including all the pastors and TV evangelist pay no attention to these verses and read and teach the bible literally.

It is that the Bible like other World Scriptures is written in a particular metaphorical language full of imagery and symbolism.

This very ancient language was designed to reveal deep truths, to convey metaphysical ideas, to describe supersensory states of consciousness and the spiritual experiences of exalted men and women.

The authors who wrote in this allegorical manner wanted to reveal these deeply hidden mysterious truths and to describe interior mystical experiences.

They used actual historical personages and actual geographical places to weave a representation of eternal truths. All earth myths used actual geographical places and personages to weave their myths around, the Bible is no different in this regard.

In the Jason and Argo myth, Jason landed in Georgia on the black sea, but its a myth, and everyone knows that, But you see the usage of actual geographical locations. Such is the nature of all myths.

In fact, not one single person portrayed in the Bible ever existed, including Jesus. Jesus is a picture of the sun, among a long list of past sun gods.

All of the personages and places in the Bible relate to the physical body, the emotional body and the intellectual mind. As with all myths the river jordan the land of egypt etc, have their true meaning in the human psyche.

And what did the fictitious biblical character Paul say ?

Paul said, go beyond the literal meaning of the Old Testament. He asks us to obey the spirit of the law, not the letter. "He is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, and not in the letter."

(Romans 2:29) "We should serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the oldness of the letter."

(Romans 7:6) "The letter kills, but the spirit gives life." (2 Corinthians 3:6) Note: In all these cases the word letter means literal

Is there a real heaven and a real hell?

Remember the Bible says don't be a minister of the LETTER (literal), but of the SPIRIT

And consider Proverbs 15:24 A word to the wise above (using your head) you can depart from Hell beneath, (being ruled by your lower nature).

You see Heaven and Hell are states of consciousness only and not literal, so relax.

Religion and Evangelists want you to believe its real so they can control you, so you will need them. And give them MONEY.

"One does not have to die in order to go to hell, any more than one has to die to get to heaven.

Both are states of mind and conditions, which people experience as a direct outworking of their thoughts, beliefs, words, and acts. If one's mental processes are out of harmony with the law of man's [sic] being, they result in trouble and sorrow; mental as well as bodily anguish overtakes one, and this is hell".

The lowest rung on the latter descending into Hell, is reserved for those who believe they will go to Hell, if they don't believe in Hell.

Key Phrases in the Bible

Sometimes the Bible can be very specific. Here are some of the key statements.

1. "Ye are gods in the becoming." (John 10.34)
2. "The kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17.21)
3. "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all things will be added unto you." (Luke 12.31)

Remember the nature of your origin is derived from the separation of your human Monad from the Godhead. This is what is meant by the Easter crucifixion of the "first born of Egypt."

The gate or lintel posts of the doorways had to be sprinkled with blood. This refers to the spiritual death, which has specific reference to the descent of the Soul from the Monad, which is our Father which is in heaven.

The offering of Isaac by Abraham means the same thing. Your Soul must descend into the tomb of the physical body to acquire spiritual knowledge. When the Soul reaches perfection by repeated incarnations it is said "to go out no more" from its Father's kingdom.

The Veil of Allegory

The creation account is a Mesopotamian creation myth that has been carefully reworked to express theological truths (monotheism, supremacy of Israel's God over the forces of nature, etc.)

The myth is simply the medium through which these truths are conveyed.

If you reduce the Book of Genesis to mere allegory and say that it does not describe events as they actually occurred, then Christianity falls flat.

If God did not fashion Adam from dust; if Adam was not literally tempted to eat the forbidden fruit; if he did not succumb to temptation and eat of that fruit; then there was no Fall; there is no inherited sinful nature; there is no universal condemnation; and there is no need for a savior.

Further, we can conclude that Jesus could not be the Son of God as the Bible claims, since he believed in a literal, historical Genesis story (Matthew 19:4-5), using the account to proof-text his thoughts on marriage; and if the Genesis account is not true, then Jesus was (gasp!) mistaken.

So then, if science falsifies the Genesis account of creation, then it falsifies the entire premise of Christianity. And, my friends, the fossil record clearly disproves the idea that God made the first man, whom he named Adam, out of the dust of the earth. What it does prove is that man evolved from single-celled organisms. So, as we used to say in Math class, QED.

Where in Genesis does it say it is a literal, historic record?
Where does it claim to be historical, instead of allegorical?

I ask this because, since I take Genessis to be allegorical, not literal, people claim I am "unbiblical". So, I ask, where does it claim that Genesis and the stories therein are historical, rather than allegorical? Since the Bible does not state this, isn't it an unbiblical belief? Since neither side is represented in the Bible, aren't both equally valid interpretations?

AND furthermore, since Jesus is God, and Jesus mainly talked in parables, doesn't it make sense that God would talk in parables, also? Doesn't this lend more credibility to Genesis being allegorical: that it would be out of character for God to NOT use parables?

Oh, and I know Jesus quoted Genesis, but that does not mean He cannot quote an allegorical story.

Maimonides speaking of the Book of Genesis said, "We ought not to take literally that which is written in the story of Creation, nor entertain the same ideas of it as are common with the vulgar.

If it were otherwise, our ancient sages would not have taken so much pains to conceal the sense, and to keep before the eyes of the uninstructed the veil of allegory which conceals the truth it contains."

Jerome said, "The most difficult and obscure of the holy books contain as many secrets as they do words, concealing many things even under each word."

Mosheim said that all the Fathers of the second century attributed a hidden and mysterious sense to the words of Scripture.

Origen asked, "What man is so simple as to believe that God, as a gardener planted a garden in the East? That the Tree of Life was a real tree which could be touched, and of which the fruit had the power of conferring immortality?"

This tree mentioned by Origen is the kabalistic Tree of Life or spine in man. Immortality is achieved by the raising of consciousness (in terms of vibrational frequencies) from the Lower Self to the Higher Self, represented by Tiphareth, the heart centre on the middle pillar (spine) of the Kabalistic Tree of Life.

An ass which turns a millstone did a hundred miles walking. When it was loosed, it found that it was still at the same place. And Samson took hold of the two middle pillars upon which the house stood, and on which it was borne up, of the one with his right hand, and of the other with his left.

Jachin and Boaz. They are the guardians of the portal into the sanctity of the temple (the interior of the human skull), the brain.

We are condemned and seemingly without redemption by the mere fact that we are born into the flesh. And "the flesh is weak". These very ideas are the cause of our feelings of hopelessness, guilt, and unworthiness.

These very ideas twist our minds and breed dark creatures within who commit violent crimes, or ceaselessly seek to self-destruction because of this sort of congenitally spiritual disease that has been tattooed on our foreheads like some scarlet letter of shame or the 'mark of the Beast'.

To those who think for themselves and take responsibility for their own actions, these kinds of ideas are intolerable and demeaning. Enslaving.

When we look at the demands and debaucheries made in the name of religion with a critical eye, perhaps we are standing in the shoes of those who saw too much in their days and nights of watching and chose to go over to the other side.

THE CHARIOT OF EZEKIEL. AURIGA

It is said that the prophet Ezekiel rose to heaven in a chariot with fiery spinning wheels. This may be taken as a reference to the activation of the chakra centres along the human spine by the fiery power of kundalini, when it rises up the spine.

In the Egyptian and Greek Mysteries the Hierophant would raise his thyrsus or Rod of Power up the spine of the candidate, thus causing the serpent fire of kundalini to flow up the spine, thus bringing the chakra system into full operation. This in turn allowed the neophyte to be taken out of the physical body to experience life on the astral or heavenly planes.

The Tarot card of the Chariot is pulled by two Egyptian sphinxes, one white and the other black. These symbolize the duality of Spirit and Matter. The mind uses the Spirit to redeem Matter.

The healing of the Soul of man comes through the wand or staff of Mercury or Hermes, the messenger of the Monad. This is the staff of Aesclepius, the doctor on board the Argosy, whose sailors sought the Golden Fleece or Ram of Aries (Colchis) at the top of the spine, the Aries-Libra axis.

This staff is the symbol of healing (Raphael) used by the medical profession, in complete ignorance of its real meaning. We do not heal disease by this staff of the spine - it is the blindness (materialism) of the Lower Self that is removed.

What is a rod that bloomed almonds?

The rod is always the spine.

5 And it shall come to pass, that the man's rod, whom I shall choose, shall blossom: and I will make to cease from me the murmurings of the children of Israel, whereby they murmur against you.

6 And Moses spake unto the children of Israel, and every one of their princes gave him a rod apiece, for each prince one, according to their fathers' houses, even twelve rods: and the rod of Aaron was among their rods.

7 And Moses laid up the rods before the LORD in the tabernacle of witness.

Numbers 17:
8 And it came to pass, that on the morrow Moses went into the tabernacle of witness; and, behold, the rod of Aaron for the house of Levi was budded, and brought forth buds, and bloomed blossoms, and yielded almonds.

9 And Moses brought out all the rods from before the LORD unto all the children of Israel: and they looked, and took every man his rod.

10 And the LORD said unto Moses, Bring Aaron's rod again before the testimony, to be kept for a token against the rebels; and thou shalt quite take away their murmurings from me, that they die not.
Notice the bud was not that of a pomegranate, but that of an almond.

If any future priest wanted to carry a scepter representing the priesthood as established by God through Aaron, his knowledge of the Bible, and the history of the priesthood would logically drive that choice more toward an almond budded scepter rather then a pomegranate.

The phraseology of verse 10 "to be kept" may well indicate this was the point when that rod was put in the Ark of the covenant for the very purpose of being an eternal reminder to all Jewish rebels opposed to God's established spiritual authority.

Hebrews 9:4

Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the
covenant; "Scepter" and "Rod" the same thing.

Aaron's rod had already established a Biblical reputation long before these events. Interesting on its own is the Hebrew word used for "rod" (mat-tah). The Strong's Concordance lists as one of the definitions of "mat-tah" is "scepter." The translators of the New International Version also saw the same meaning in "mat-tah" when they translated it as "scepter."

Jeremiah 48:17

Mourn for her, all who live around her, all who know her fame; say, how broken is the mighty scepter, how broken the glorious staff!

The first encounter with Aaron's rod comes with the Biblical events leading up to the Exodus. It was Aaron's rod that was cast down at Pharaoh's feet to start the whole saga of the Exodus?

Exodus 7:12
For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods.

It was also Aaron's rod (scepter) that was used symbolically when God turned the Nile River into blood?

Exodus 7:

15 Get thee unto Pharaoh in the morning; lo, he goeth out unto the water; and thou shalt stand by the river's brink against he come; and the rod which was turned to a serpent shalt thou take in thine hand.

16 And thou shalt say unto him, The LORD God of the Hebrews hath sent me unto thee, saying, Let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness: and, behold, hitherto thou wouldest not hear.

Again it was Aaron's rod that was used at Horeb when water was brought forth from the rock.

Exodus 17:

4 And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, What shall I do unto this people? they be almost ready to stone me.

5 And the LORD said unto Moses, Go on before the people, and take with thee of the elders of Israel; and thy rod, wherewith thou smotest the river, take in thine hand, and go.

6 Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.

Now I realize that Aaron and Moses could have each had their own rod (scepter). It is possible that both were used to touch the Nile, and this latest use of a rod does not prove Aaron's rod was the one used.

However, it was Aaron's rod that started the symbolic show of God's power over Egypt. It was not looked upon as just some stick he picked up by the wayside. Another important thing we know is that it was a rod from an almond tree, and not a pomegranate. When it budded, it budded almond buds not pomegranate buds.

Another interesting Biblical fact is that the Golden Candlestick kept in the Temple had almond buds at the end of each of the seven shafts.

Exodus

19 Three bowls made after the fashion of almonds in one branch, a knop and a flower; and three bowls made like almonds in another branch, a knop and a flower: so throughout the six branches going out of the candlestick.

20 And in the candlestick were four bowls made like almonds, his knops, and his flowers:

The candlestick is the spine

Meaning

And Moses was ON THE MOUNTAIN FORTY DAYS AND FORTY NIGHTS.

In the tabernacle, there are pieces of furniture, and all these pieces of furniture have references anatomical parts of the brain and spine.

like the rod blooming almonds, and Seven candle stand, being the nerve centers or chakras

In the Bible it says that in the temple inside of the Mercy Seat you would find Aaron’s Rod that bloomed almonds.

The temple is actually the human brain. The rod is the spine, and it bloomed almonds because as the Kundalini energy moves up the spine or rod, it reaches the laryingeal area and touches something called amygdala which is the almond.

Near the area of the throat is the amygdala or the almond.

The rod blooms almonds through meditation, as the chakras (almonds) are energized and one is then enlightened to speak and lead others to the inner pathway of light.

Everything has a wonderful meaning.

Your spine with the almonds (chakras) that have bloomed (opened) with Jesus (solar plexus energy) your brain covered by the cerebrum, the Cherubim's of the bible.

Your SEVEN seals, or Chakras, the candle stick is the spine

You see the ark never was lost, its just that the bible hides behind religious words, concerning things that are scientific and Anatomical facts

THE TABERNACLE, Gods dwelling place, the Throne, IS YOUR BRAIN
John 7: 10 But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, (Feast of Tabernaclesot openly, but as it were in secret. notice it's not in public, it's in secret it's in (meditation).

The most high dwells not in temples made with hands.

From the ashes, a new Phoenix arose which would wrap up the ashes in a parcel of myrrh. Flying to Heliopolis, the City of the Sun (the higher mind), also called On, in Egypt, it would deposit the ashes on the altar of the Ra, the Sun God.

You must follow the fire bird. You must return to your nest. Your nest is your meditation. If you do not return to your nest and experience the fire you can not rise to the higher level in new life.

The bible says that god dwelled in Zion, the temple made without tools, and its the human mind, The meaning of which Michael Angelo knew well of the painting is on twelve panels, and it takes up 12,000 sq feet, this is not a coincidence! there are 12 signs of the zodiac and you have twelve cranial nerves in your brain. and the bible says the MEASURE of a man is 144.

Do you get this part? its your MEASURE, like unto reed, and it is 144 cubits, and 144000 will be saved.

The fully manifested power of the constellations in the sky, and in your brain.
12x12=144

The Christ has resurrected in you, and if you read the bible carefully, this is exactly what it is talking about. The resurrection is to be experienced by each one of us, just as the Physical SUN moves from winter to spring, so must this happen in each one of us. "Ye are as Gods walking around in the Flesh" says the bible.

When the SERPENT (Christ) energy stays in the solar plexus region and never comes out of it's hole, it becomes poisonous, and is depicted as FIERY biting, because it gives power to the EMOTIONAL body, because the abdomen area is the place of EGYPT and the Pharaoh.

It poisons us, because it causes the excess electromagnetism to accumulate in that area, thereby magnifying the emotional center, where mosses parted the sea of reeds, because it is the swamps, where the monsters lurk.

The monsters are the mind controlled by these lower forces (the egyptians). that's why man is the beast, but has the ability to become God, only if he will meditate daily, and shutdown the five senses, which are controlled and under the guidance of the left brain (Eve), Adam is the right hemisphere of the brain.

When opened, you become one with the cosmos, and you can now become a positive Electron, a Universal quotient of goodness, in the war of good and evil. In a sense, you become what some might call an ascended master.

When the Kundalini rises out of the swamps ( your stomach, it rises to the head, and emits light again. It goes from Virgo (your stomach) to leo ( your pineal gland) and becomes the lamb of god that takes away the sins of the world.

"Today most Biblical events such as the Exodus are turned to myth by the new biblical archaeologists. All evidence they uncover must first pass through their philosophical sieve before it can be evaluated. To them, the Bible is a book of myths." yes it is!!!!

Leviticus 14:50.  And he shall kill the one of the birds in an earthen vessel over running water:

The bird is a thought, the earthen vessel is your brain operating from the lower mind, the water is the 2nd stage where you begin to shut down thoughts and are elevating yourself to the fire.

This stuff is not hard, just realize that the ancient people who left us this knowledge weren't a bunch of stupid sheep herders. They were the ancient Greeks, and they Brought knowledge with them, where from?

Well the lowest rung on the ladder in hell is reserved for those that believe they will go to hell if they don't eat jesus crackers and believe in Hell.

Jesus said, "Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and of Herod." The disciples wondered what he meant. Immediately they thought he was scolding them for not bringing enough bread for their boat trip. Jesus knew what they were thinking, and said, "Why do you not understand what I meant when I told you to beware of the yeast of the Pharisees and of Herod?

You hear the truths I speak to you, yet you don't comprehend what I mean. You see the works that I do, yet you don't understand what they mean. Why would you think I am concerned about the amount of bread you brought with you on the trip, when on two different occasions you saw me feed thousands with just a few loaves of bread?

Why do you always relate what I say to the physical, when I have shown you on numerous occasions that my work is spiritual? It is not the outside of a man that I am concerned with, but the inside.

The outside is an illusion, a temporary obstacle distracting you from knowing the truth about whom you really are. I know who I am, and I teach accordingly. You do not yet know who you really are, but you will. When you learn to hear what I say and see what I do with your real identity, you will truly understand what I mean."

The disciples stood quiet, stunned by Jesus' response. What relationship could people have with yeast? After a period of silence, Jesus said, "What does yeast do to that which it is mixed into? It causes it to rise, does it not? It does so by changing the order of whatever it is mixed into.

A very small amount of yeast causes a large change in whatever it is mixed into. Can you not see how this physical example relates to the work of the Pharisees and Herod? Their 'yeast' is their professing. They profess that their work is virtuous, when it only seeks to exploit others and rule over them.

Their intentions are not pure. When they speak, their words seem noble, but they have a hidden agenda. They are power hungry and seek to control those who lend them an ear. Their goal is to gain advantage in every situation, rather than to seek the good of all. But what is it that causes them to be such?"

Moreover I will tell you likewise concerning the temple, how these wretched men being led astray set their hope on the building, and not on their God, that made them as being the house of God." - The Epistle of Barnabas

For he that desires to be saved looks not to the man, but to Him that dwells and speaks in him. This is the spiritual temple built up to the Lord."

The horse that refuses to die, despite repeated beatings by biblical literalists.

The interpretation of the genesis myth, that is a spiritual allegory, rather than history.

So now that is out of the way, lets look at the mythology of Genesis.

Genesis: Allegory, the meaning

I propose to you that the story is talking about building the human brain/mind in the filed of consciousness via meditation.

It is not talking about any literal creation of the literal earth or cosmos, but the human mind.

(a) Myth:The Biblical sabbatical creation myth of Genesis 1, despite being a recent entry into the Old Testament from the Priestly author of the 6th century BC, evokes with power and poetic beauty the creation as an evolutionary biocosmology in which first the heavenly bodies, then the earth's geography, The human mind, in the field of consciousness.

It is deep symbolism describing the enlightenment experience, and requires exoteric understanding, other wise it is a foolish children's story.

It is absurd at every turn taken literally! imagine some God using the etymology of days to describe the creation, even if it were years, days and years were created by humans to measure time, using the rotation of the earth and it's cycle around the sun (jesus).

The Bible actually dares us to believe it! Walls that fall down, iron that floats, donkeys that talk, and people who live to be nearly a thousand years old are all part of God's "Word of Truth". It certainly is a strange and unbelievable kind of truth, isn't it? "A man-swallowing whale", you say? Really? You expect me to swallow that? [sarcastic/satire]

The creation of the human mind, as the divine fallen angel/angle plunged into that physical body, the tomb, the flesh pots of Egypt.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Heaven is the higher consciousness, the spiritual
Earth is biblical mythology is always the human being, the physical, the physical body.

And the earth was without form and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep.

This is anyone in mediation, as the earth which is you is partaking in the darkness of meditation, the face of the deep is symbolism describing deep meditation. The void is the zero point in the quantum field of consciousness, which all things are born out of.

"And they sat in darkness and saw a great light"

And the spirit of God moved on the face of the waters.
This is the point of the electrical energy moving up the spine and entering the 12 cranial nerves of the brain, described as God moving upon the face of the waters, the waters are the water within you, as the brain sits in a saline solution, also the spinal fluid rising to the brain etc...also water is the second stage of meditation in greek mythology. So it is describing this stage of meditation.

And God said let there be light and there was light.

The light is the light one sees in meditation, when the pineal gland lights, during meditation. "And they sat in darkness and saw a great light' God.

The light of the sun, naturally conceived to be the fiery energy of the creative power, was antiquity’s universal symbol for the life-giving power of the Logos.

It was the great god Re in Egypt, whose hieroglyph is the sun. Expressing a recondite item of ancient esoteric knowledge, and one which modern science seems to be on the point of confirming, stands the statement of the Greek Neoplatonist Proclus: The light of the sun is the pure energy of intellect. Not man’s intellect, to be sure, but God’s, of which man’s is a miniature and potential copy.

This is verily a concept to stop one’s breath with its astounding significance: the suns in infinite space would then be the glowing fiery brain cells of God’s mind. When God said "Let there be light!," he carried out the command by the exertion of his mind.

The light of the universe has been generated by the thinking process of the cosmic mind! Even at the human level, it is a fact that the act of steady thinking generates in the brain a quantum of heat and light, measurable by delicate electrical apparatus. Thought is known to be a product of the flash of electricity from one brain cell to another oppositely charged quite analogous to the lightning in a thunder-storm.

It is not surprising, then, that we find the so-called "Fire Philosophers" of the Medieval period expounding the theory that "every man has a little sun within himself."

He would necessarily have a central dynamo of life and "light" within himself, on the cardinal principle of his microcosmical relation to God, the macrocosm.

If God has brain cells glowing with ineffable splendor, man in his image would have tiny suns of intellect similarly glowing within his organism.

If this seems too much poetry and too little fact, it is to be remembered that the atoms and cells in our bodily structure are proportionally as far apart as these sun-brain-cells of God in the abyss of space. And again much that modern fact-minded mentality has put down as ancient myth and puerile fancy turns out to have been very subtle and recondite scientific reality.

Modern science seems to stand close to the conclusion that the ultimate "stuff" of the universe is mind force. Matter has resolved into pure energy, and this energy seems to be akin to the force of mind. Recovering such basic facts of knowledge, the religion that shouted in wild and drunken triumph two thousand years ago that "Great Pan is dead," must now, in humiliation and contrition, acknowledge that in cutting itself off from nature, it severed its connection with the very fount of life.

And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

The light is good, because it is god, it is the higher conscious state, and then the darkness of the gross material body/mind, is divided from this higher light. it is describing the duality of mind.

And God called the light day and the darkness night.
Symbolism describing the two states of man's constitution. You either have the light of day within you, or the darkness of night, ruled by your lower nature. The words day and night are used to complete the mythological story.

And the evening and the morning were the first day.

The first day is the root chakra, called the muludhada chakra, or the first seal.

And God said let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters and let it divide the waters from the waters... And God called the firmament heaven.

The firmament that is divided is watery regions below the diaphragm, from the watery regions above, the brain, the firmament above. The firmament above which is the higher state of consciousness is heaven.

The realizations which come to us through reflection upon this symbolism give us an insight of the most vivid character into the significance of the great doctrine and fact of the incarnation.
If the spiritual man is composed of fire (spirit, LIGHT) and air (mind), and the natural man of water (emotion) and earth (sensation), the incarnation of the higher in the body of the lower carries every suggestion of the phenomenon of the introduction of fire into water.

And precisely under these terms the arcane scientists conceived it for purposes of graphic representation. It vividly portrays the entire moral-spiritual conflict in the life of man as an analogue of the struggle between fire and water.

Gross sensuality will as effectually douse the pure fire of spirituality as water will quench fire. From the other side the superior chemical power of fire can dry out and evaporate the dank, moldy "moist nature" of the carnal impulses.

It is this latter symbolism that is the interior sense of all the allegories of God drying up the rivers to effectuate the passage of his children across their period of immersion in bodies that are three-fourths water.

The power of the sunlight of mind and spirit to purify and cleanse the foul corruption of the flesh is the ground-base of the theological hypostatization of "purgatory."

And the evening and the morning were the second day.

The second day is the rising of the electrical energy up the spine to the second chakra point.

If you're a literalist, there are a few things out of kilter here. For some reason the plants get created, not only before the animals, but also before the sun, moon and stars.

And God said let the waters under the heaven be gathered together in one place, and let the dry land appear and it was so... And God called the dry land Earth ... And God said let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after its kind, whose seed is in itself upon the earth ...

Matthew, Mark, or Luke never mention it, but in John's Gospel, Jesus stated that He was the Vine, and we are the branches! Calling himself a tree! So, of course, logic compels us to recognize him also as that Tree of Life which was there in the Garden with God and Adam. That's in addition to his being the Light of the World, the Living Bread, the Resurrection, Saviour, Lamb, etc.

Too bad all the false religions are simply barking up the wrong tree!

"And all the trees of the field shall know that I the LORD have brought down the high tree, have exalted the low tree, have dried up the green tree, and have made the dry tree to flourish: I the LORD have spoken and have done it". Ezek17:24
"I see men as trees walking". Mark8:24.

The Dozen-Fruit Tree From the final chapter of Revelation, 22:2, this tree produces twelve kind of fruit every month "and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations".

The Nebuchadnezzar Tree This King of Babylon is called a tree in the 4th chapter of Daniel; a "tree" that would have an axe taken to it and be cut down to a stump. Jesus said: "Every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down and cast into the fire". Mt3:10

More than thirty different kinds of trees are named in the Bible: In addition to the majestic Cedars of Lebanon extolled in the Old Testament as building material for Solomon's Temple, there are also the Olive Tree and Fig Tree emphasized in the New Testament.

Now it's the Saints, the born-again believers ('trees of righteousness') who are building the spiritual temple! See the analogy?

This is symbolism describing the watery regions below the diaphragm.

Under the heaven in other words below the brain, the firmament below, the machine plant of the body (the physical), always described as the earth.

The dry land is symbolism describing the condition of the mind apart from the higher consciousness, this state is always dry or a wilderness. This dry state is earth, the physical. grass, herbs, seeds, and trees yielding fruit after it's kind is deep symbolism describing the state of the mind.

seeds are a symbol of the germs of the higher emotions arising from the higher state of consciousness.
"The seed is the word of god" etc...

Trees are a symbol of man, or the human being on all planes, as a replica, in small of the divine being in whose image man is made. as god is a tree of life, so man is the same.

Trees, symbols of man/woman, the physical body, as plants and tress have their roots in the earth, the physical plane as opposed to the spiritual

Grass is a symbol of the condition of awakement of the divine life in the lower nature of the soul or light of the body.
"And god said, let the earth (you), put forth grass" the spirit of god or the higher growth.

Trees, with its roots in heaven, and its branches growing downward, is most commonly found in Kabbalistic imagery. A similar tree is mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita, "The banyan tree with its roots above, and its branches below, is imperishable."

In Jewish Kabbalah, the inverted tree represents the nervous system as well- the 'root' in the cranial nerves, with the branches spreading throughout the body; it also represents the cosmic tree- rooted in heaven, the branches all of manifest creation.

Grass to is a symbol of the things that have their roots on the physical plane. And of course the cow chews the cud, and other animals eat grass, so the grass is a reference to the animal nature, the left physical brain, or physical tree.

Holy Cow !. Many of us are familiar with Phil Rizzuto yelling that out every time a New York Yankee makes a great play on television.

In ancient times, the cow was used as a Holy symbol for the following reason. The cow takes inside of itself that which is from the earth ,( green grass) and turns it into that which is a symbol of spirit, ( white milk).

The comparison is as you take what comes into your mind from the outside, which may be fear and guilt etc., and allow the inner spirit to transform it into that which is positive energy.

It changes from earthly to spiritual, from grass to milk.

As Paul said in Romans 12:2 " be transformed by the renewing of your mind".

Thus Holy Cow. What comes in from the outside is made completely new by that which is on the inside.

The Bible is Gods spiritual treasure and it hides million of gems that most of us never see because we interpret the Bible literally instead of spiritually as it was intended.

Herbs yielding seeds after it's kind is symbolic of the natural laws of growth and increase in the development of the desires, affections, and faculties of the mind.

And the evening and the morning were the third day.

The energy rising to the third chakra.

Genesis day 1 and day 3: A peculiar feature of the Genesis account is that the earth and even the plants are created before the sun and moon and stars. Of course, because these things are all symbols as we shall see.

Paradox of Moonlight. Why does the evening precede the morning, when it seems more natural to think of the day beginning with break-fast following a good night's rest? "And the evening and the morning were the first day"

And God said let there be lights in the firmament and God made two great lights the greater light to rule the day and the lesser to rule the night he made the stars also...

Here we have the sun and the moon, so lets shine some light on the meaning of these as they pertain to the inner man/woman.

Your Higher Self is the repository of your consciousness when your body dies. Your body is related to the planet Earth.

Your mind is associated with the Moon. Your Higher Self uses a form of Solar consciousness related to the Solar Logos or Christ.

This means that there is a universal form of religion based on your spiritual anatomy, which in turn is a miniature reflection of the universe in which you live.

Your task is to unite your lunar personality to your Solar Higher Self.

This is called spiritual alchemy because it refers to the marriage of the Moon and the Sun within you, even when you are living on this planet Earth. Seek the Light within you.

The marriage of the Sun and Moon in the heart is an alchemical at-one-ment or sacred marriage necessary for your spiritual growth as the Second Coming of Christ.

As long as humanity is under the influence of the man in the moon, the earth will never see peace.

We await the SUN, for it is the SUN WITHIN, that will set us free from the bondage of the lower nature (the lunar mind).

There is a woman (the mind) clothed with the Sun (the spiritual), with the Moon (lower nature), under her feet. Upon her head is a crown of 12 stars.' (Amos 12.1)

REV;12:1 A great sign was seen in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.

The moon becoming blood, is a symbol of the lunar forces (the lower mind) in you, and it is beginning to lose it's power, blood is always a symbol of the life force or energy, and the moons energy or power over you is now being diminished, or the life force that was misused is now waning, and losing it's grip on your mental faculties.

The moon ( the lower nature is losing all of it's power) over the mind.

The sun in you is being blotted out, giving rise to the power of the new sun that is coming to give a new light to the body.

In most of the festival semanticism the sun, as spirit, and moon, as dead matter, replace the seed as central symbol of the divine power that incarnates. And this is most appropriate, as the soul is in fact constituted of the same spiritual essence as the energy of the sun.

The moon, being dead, symbolizes not that divine light, though it does bear witness to that light, the same as does the body of man to his spirit. One need not be reminded of the prominence of the analogy of the sowing of the seed in the parables of the New Testament.

JOSHUA MYTHOLOGY

In Joshua's story we find that he commanded the sun and moon to stand still, while he slew his enemies. Here again we are facing a fact within ourselves.

Every initiate must be able to command these forces within himself to be still, in other words he must be able to still his lower desires, so that this power can pass up the spine in safety and bring about illumination.

For we find that just below this passageway into the spinal chord is another plexus, the sacral plexus, called the "fish-gate", which leads directly to the creative organs.

If the lower desires are not stilled, this seed or "Fish" will be swallowed up by the generative fish or fire. The sacral region of man's body, near the base of the spinal column is of a spongy character into which is secreted from the blood, a small amount of oil, at the same time that the blood throws out refuse into the bladder.

In the East this gland is called Kundalini and in the New Testament is known in its Greek name Kardia. In the most healthy, wise and vigorous men the oils in this gland is a fixed oil.

In the average kind of man it is more or less volatile. This oil is known as the "Blood of Christ". This oil usually makes its way out again through the capillaries into the blood stream. This oil is the consciousness principle or illuminating substance of the body and therefore the healing power within the body for it is verily Life Essence and God Essence.

JOSHUA AND JERICHO

We have all heard the story and most of us have sung the song.

Joshua fought the battle of Jericho and the walls came tumbling down. After walking around the city SEVEN times.

Well of course this is also mythology and the proof of that is Jericho's walls are still standing.

But what does the story mean.

Jericho is the city and represents the right hemisphere of the brain mind.

There is a wall separating you from that city.

The only way to get past that wall is go march around 7 times.

Remember that's what Joshua had to do. March around 7 times.

The 7 is speaking of the chakras or nerve centers of the spine.

In our meditation as we rise through the 7 we finally ignite the pineal gland of the brain (which in this story is the shout), and the wall comes down and we enter into the city or the right hemisphere the place of light.

That was Joshua's instructions.

March around 7 times and shout.

That is also your instructions.

In meditation allow the energy to rise up the 7 nerve centers of the spine and when that occurs the pineal will light (that's the shout) in mythological verbiage, and the wall separating you from the supreme light falls.

You have broken the beast, entered heaven, brought the new Jerusalem down from heaven etc....

It's an INNER story, like all the Bible stories.

And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

The opening of the fourth chakra

And God said Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and the fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven... saying be fruitful and multiply.

This is symbolism simply describing the state of the mind, the moving creatures, fowls etc... are symbols of the animal nature in us all, and the fowls are symbols of thoughts in the mind, they are either doves, or vultures.

Revelations

The living creatures are symbols of the actions of the mind under the control of the lower triad, the stings from the scorpion, the biting of the serpents, the claws of the birds, are living, and you have seen these living creatures rear their ugly head, when you have been driven into a state of rage, they surely became alive.

open firmament of heaven saying be fruitful and multiply.
The firmament of heaven is the higher consciousness, these good fowls and thoughts that fly above the earth (the physical), the creatures moving that hath life are the higher mind thoughts.

And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

The opening of the fifth chakra

And God said let the earth bring forth every living creature after his kind, cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth ...

This is just saying that when we are born, we are born with our animal natures, described as cattle, creeping things of the mind, and beasts, which we are.
"I gave man the mind of an animal til seven times passes by for him"

Rev. 9:3 Then out of the smoke came forth locusts on the earth, and power was given to them, as the scorpions of the earth have power.

This is an symbol of a ground animal, as if a flying scorpion. In Isaiah there is reference to flying serpents or the "dragon". This consists of the welding together of the fear/desire of the "beast of the sea" or "dragon" which underlies the normal human consciousness.

This animal nature is brought forth from within you "the earth", and is cleansed by the opening of the seals. Every living creature after it's kind, means all of your lower animal thoughts.

And God said let us make man in our image, after our likeness
and let them have dominion over the fowl of the air and the fish of the sea and over all the earth and every creeping thing that creepeth on the earth... male and female he created he them. Be fruitful and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it.

Making man in our image refers to the spiritualizing of the animal nature by them, the seven elohim, creative spirits or cosmic electromagnetism."chi'

You are to have Dominion over these beasts, in other words you are to have control over your animal nature.

male and female refers to the two opposing forces of nature, the duality of nature itself and the duality of mind.

The sexual glands or root chakra have the life force of the body coiled within them. This needs to be awakened and drawn upward through the body. It needs to be united with our spiritual ideal or our image, concept, or consciousness of God and our godly nature.

Then you will be given dominion over your animal nature, the fowls, the creeping things of the sub conscious. The fish (higher creative thoughts).

Male and female refers to all of the dualities that exist within the field of human consciousness.

These will replenish the earth (you), and subdue (take over you consciousness), and will dominate your thoughts and actions.

It is no exaggeration to say that we are animals with intellect; our subconscious is animalistic although we find ourselves in the human form. Logically, in this there are levels and levels according to the grade that each of us has reached for in different stages of our lives.

There are very refined intellectual animals but they are caught by their animal instincts and kill with their refinement and they call this "enjoyment".

The intellect is only a bridge between the instinct and the intuition. Superior humanities have attained intuition which is a more elevated state than thought, this is something we do not understand because we do not realise that we are slaves of the intellect.

And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

The opening of the sixth chakra or pineal gland "third eye"

And on the seventh day God ended his work ... and he rested.

The seventh or crown chakra is open, and now the spirit rests, the work is completed, and the person is a fully enlightened individual.

The energy of creation that has risen up the spine through to the sixth seal is complete, this is the pineal gland of the brain, once this lights, the seventh seal will open and the creation is complete within you, then god symbolically rests.

"In Daniel chapter 4 verse 16, we read: Let his mind be changed from that of a man and let him be given the mind of an animal, till seven times pass by for him."

This means until you raise the energy of the solar plexus through the seven seals (chakras), you will keep your animal mind.

Enter into life (the head man must light his candle on his candlestick to see the light. (Luke 11.33) Light the candle. (Luke 8.16) here again, the spine.

(Seven worlds of the Higher Self) with one eye (the ajna chakram) rather than having two eyes (physical) in hell (the material plane). (Matt. 18.9)

If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light. (Luke 11.36) pineal gland and third eye.

8." but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates. Who is the alien within your gates?

It is the energy that has been lying dormant in your solar plexus your whole life, it has now risen to the brain, and here it is referred to as the alien.

"(gates are logic circuits of your brain) The twelve cranial nerves, where the kundalini enters the fornix (furnace) of the brain.

THE ALIEN within your gates is the solar plexus energy mixed with spinal oil, headed for the fornix (furnace). When the energy enters the third ventricle (the mercy seat) it lights, just like a real furnace pilot light, and you meet God.

Jesus has a kundalini.Joh 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up.

This is the Kundalni

Genesis:32:30 Jacob sees God face to face, and Jacob named the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.

Rev.22:4 - And they (the servants of the Lord) shall see his face; and his name [shall be] in their foreheads. here we see the pineal gland mentioned again.

The peniel gland is the bodys light receptor. Stimulated in meditation releases melatonin. The oil rises from the lower spine to the pineal gland and lights in the fornax, or furnace, you see God face to face.

If thine eye be single, thy body will fill with light. The single eye is the pineal gland. old english spelling was peniel. The energy rises through the 7 nerve centers called chakras.

Exodus 20:1-17

7 chakras or nerve centers, seven seals, seven churches of Asia etc.

The entire Bible, every story, from end to end is inside your head, it is an account of mans evolutionary progress out of the gross material matter of the animal quality of his soul, to the higher spiritual mind, from above ( the universe).

Every prostitute, man, woman, child, bird, dog, goat, cow, ass, pig, snake, city, jerk water town, river, Every symbol; blood, hair, milk, water, stones, iron, brass, clay, dirt, tree, bush, dung heap, fire, sword, pillar, fig, olive tree, seed, disease, pestilence, angel and devil.

Every tribe, cananites, menenites, jebusites, and any other ites, in fact everything including heaven and hell as well as the resurection are all within you, within in your head (mind), and your physical body.

Given to us from an ancient people in a symbolic form, called mythology, completely misunderstood by the world.

Its a journey of the souls rise from the descent of matter to the light in the pineal gland and fornix of the brain, as seen by jacob, also Saul, when he was stricken by a flash of light from heaven, on the road to damascus, and was blinded.

This story has fooled the ages for sure, wars have been fought, people have been killed fighting over its misunderstood texts, the holy land jerusalim is sitting on your shoulders, all the while there are still wars being fought over the false holy land and false temples in a country called Israel.

Religion has to be the biggest HOAX the world has ever known, yet the Bible is the most complete book of the souls journey to God , in the world.

The book of Revelation ends with the destruction of Babylon (the lower nature) and the manifestation of the new Jerusalem (the higher mind) descending from heaven as a bride adorned for her husband.

Notice where jerusalim descended from, Heaven and where is heaven Inside of you! You can see that its not an geographical location, save; your brain.

"Psalms 82:6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. "

"A JEW IS ONE INWARDLY"

"Romans 2:29"

That is to say one who seeks within himself through meditation, is a JEW.

Is Ra El

Isis Ra Elohim

The femenine isis, masculine RA and God ELohim

IS RA EL

Is reached when one becomes a JEW, one goes inward, the word jew, is from the egyptian jeu, which means to go within, the u was changes to a w at some point.

Jacob is involved in a spiritual wrestling match. This is the struggle that goes on within us in our meditation to finally touch the higher or God light.

Jacob prevails when he separates from physical desire which is symbolized by his thigh being put out.

Jacob then becomes Israel. IS Isis female RA Ra male, EL El Elohim God. The full power of God , male and female in the supreme light.

Jacob then calls the place where this all happened, Peniel. This is the single eye or Pineal Gland of the brain. The light receptor of the body . Jacob declares the place Peniel in Genesis 32:20.

But there went up a mist from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground.

This mist that waters the whole face of the ground, is the the higher conscious state, mist is just a symbol of christ consciousness, notice it waters the ground, the ground is the human mind under the control of the lower animal nature.

Ground, Earth is a symbol of the lower nature of the soul, which requires "tilling", "watering", "sowing", to produce good "fruit" the higher state of being.

Then there is that perplexing statement in the Scriptures that "the last enemy to be overcome is death." This, taken of course in its assumed meaning of bodily decease, has led uncritical and credulous minds to the weird expectation of an immortality for the human being in the flesh.

Whosoever shall make a copy thereof (of the cosmos), and shall know it upon the earth, it shall act as a magical protector for him both in heaven and upon earth. Book of the Egyptians

Slavery! "If thou buy an Hebrew servant, six years he shall serve; and in the seventh he shall go out free for nothing." Ex21:2.

In the Clouds! In the time of Moses a cloud covered the mountain for six days, Ex24:16, "and the seventh day he called to Moses out of the midst of the clouds

On the farm. "And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the fruits thereof; but the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie still." Ex23:11. Also Lev25:3.

The Analogy. "Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest. Ex31:15,17. "for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed." When we see a "for" or a "therefore", we consider the passage and what it's there for. In this case the Author is comparing the six days of God's creation, with the six days given to mankind.

Marks Gospel, 9:2, says: " And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, James, and John, and leadeth them up into a high mountain apart by themselves; and he was transfigured before them." The account goes on to say that Moses and Elijah then appeared. The new testament saints met the old testament saints after the sixth day! Will they really have a roll call, do you think?

end.........

The cosmogonical speculations of the first six chapters of Genesis are shown in the races of "sons of God," "giants," etc., of chapter vi. Properly speaking, the story of the formation of our earth, or "creation," as it is very improperly called, begins with the rescue of Noah from the deluge.

The Chaldeo-Babylonian tablets recently translated by George Smith leave no doubt of that in the minds of those who read the inscriptions esoterically. Ishtar, the great goddess, speaks in column iii. of the destruction of the sixth world and the appearance of the seventh, thus:

"Six days and nights the wind, deluge, and storm overwhelmed. "On the seventh day, in its course was calmed the storm, and all the deluge, "which had destroyed like an earthquake, "quieted. The sea he caused to dry, and the wind and deluge ended "I perceived the shore at the boundary of the sea. "to the country of Nizir went the ship (argha, or the moon). "the mountain of Nizir stopped the ship.

"the first day, and the second day, the mountain of Nizir the same. "the fifth and the sixth, the mountain of Nizir the same. "on the seventh day, in the course of it "I sent forth a dove, and it left. The dove went and turned, and the raven went and did not return.

"I built an altar on the peak of the mountain. "by seven herbs I cut, at the bottom of them I placed reeds, pines, and simgar "the gods like flies over the sacrifice gathered.

"from of old also the great God in his course.

"Let US go down and confound their language...", Gen11:7. Most take this to mean the beginning of different languages and geographic colloquialisms, but figures of speech (including metaphors) may play an important part too.

Read about more than 200 "Figures of Speech used in the Bible" by E.W.Bullinger (Baker Book House). Who is "US"? God came down on the mountain, Ex19:11, and Jesus came as a baby, and the Holy Ghost as a wind: they came in succession. Bible students may appreciate how the word "succeed" is found uniquely in Deuteronomy 25:6.

Semantics and reciprocals and our confounded language also comes into play here. One side says that since God created everything including evil, that He must be evil too.

Our side takes the position that there is no such thing as darkness (that it's only the absence of light), and that there's no such thing as cold (only the absence of heat), and therefore God can be Light and Heat and Good, but not the opposite.

When Adam & Eve ate from the Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil, the Bible says their eyes were opened and they knew they were naked! ..You mean to say they'd been walking around with their eyes closed, like newborn puppy dogs?

The Bible actually dares us to believe it! Walls that fall down, iron that floats, donkeys that talk, and people who live to be nearly a thousand years old are all part of God's "Word of Truth".
